Neighborhoods Of Bothell Washington
Canyon Creek: This residential area is east of Canyon Park, a commercial and business district at the junction of Bothell-Everett Highway and Interstate 405. The neighborhood is home to two schools, Canyon Creek Elementary and Woodside Elementary. The schools are a part of the Northshore School District. The homes are primarily single family and range in price from the 400s - 800s. The houses are generally newer, and if you like the Craftsman style of home, you'll be able to find several modern versions of that style in Canyon Creek. The Reserve at Canyon Park is one of the larger subdivisions.
Hyde Park: This is a beautiful gated community within Bothell. Many of the homes are custom designs, and the landscaping throughout the community is lovely because the neighborhood is nestled on a 38 acre reserve. Forest View Elementary and Cedar Wood Elementary service this neighborhood.
Village Walk: This area is a very walkable and vibrant community with more density than some other areas of Bothell. There is a range of housing options, from condominiums to townhomes. With several parks nearby, as well as 32 miles of trails, this is a great place for recreation. This neighborhood also ties in with the Bothell Revitalization Plan underway. This area is within walking distance to the Main Street of Bothell, a large commercial area.
Hawthorne Station: This community features homes built in 2005 and 2006 and range from 2481 to 3275 square feet. There is a centrally located park for the neighborhood that includes a Tot Lot for children and a basketball court. It is located within the Northshore School District and is in walking distance to Skyview Junior High Schools. The homes are three-five bedroom and priced around 550,000 on average.
Windsor Estates: This is a smaller neighborhood, includes 91 spacious homes in the Thrasher's Corner area of Bothell. This is considered an elegant neighborhood with its own community park. Homes were built between 2000 and 2003 and the lots are considered large. This neighborhood is in the Northshore School District.
Spirit Ridge: This is a new development that is currently under construction. This community will feature a playground and access to shopping in nearby Country Village. Homes will ridge from the 400-500s and range from 3-5 bedrooms, and average 2,500-3,000 square feet. The designs will be eclectic, many drawing from the Craftsman style of architecture.
Aspenwood: This is an established community known for its neighborhood events, like its annual block party. The neighborhood is single family homes with a blend of traditional elements. Many of the homes are known for their built-ins and upgraded kitchens.
Maywood/Beckstrom Hill: Some of Bothell's oldest homes, some dating back to the early 1900s may be found in this neighborhood. The majority of the homes are single family, and located in subdivisions constructed since the late 1950s and 1960s. For those who might be interested in mid-century modern homes, this would be the area to look. Royal Oaks Park, Stipek Park, and William Penn Park are located in this area. Maywood Hills Elementary Schools, Park Canyon Junior High Schools as well as Heritage Christian School and St. Brendan's Parish School are located within this part of Bothell.
