With the big game tomorrow, many Seahawks fans are gearing up for Superbowl Sunday. Known as the "12th Man," Seattle Seahawks fans have a reputation for getting a little out of control. Not only is Centurylink Field one of the loudest stadiums in the nation, but hawks fans have been known to register on the Richter scale like an actual earthquake is taking place. It goes without saying that Seahawks team colors, college navy and action green, are seen all over the greater Seattle area from flags and clothing, all the way to the lit-up Space Needle.
Since we're in the business of real estate, we've taken a special look at some of those 12s that have taken their fanaticism to a whole new level in their homes. Sometimes called "hawkitecture," there are some decked out Seahawks-themed houses that you have got to see to believe.
As real estate professionals here at Team Troy, this would definitely fall under the category of "personalized decor." We cannot help but include a disclaimer that if you are trying to sell your home in Kirkland or sell your home in Bothell, the areas where these 12th man Christmas lights are located, we would advise you to tone down your 12th man home makeover while you are trying to sell. These homeowners may need a slight lesson in real estate curb appeal.
It's not just the exterior of homes that are getting "hawkified," it's the interiors too. You can see 12th man caves, living rooms, bedrooms, and more. Here in the Seattle area, there is literally no limit to the Seahawks fandom.
Here at Team Troy we want to wish the best of luck to the Seattle Seahawks tomorrow in the big game. In the meantime, we will be busy working on getting Bothell homes sold, Kirkland homes sold, Edmonds homes sold, Mill Creek homes sold, and other Seattle area homes on the market. If you or anyone you know if looking to buy a home or sell their home, feel free to give us a call at 206-745-3457 or visit Team Troy at www.nwlistingsearch.com

TEAM TROY, we are a bunch of fanatics that happen to be really good in the Seattle real estate business. Sure we could exploit systems, alter perceptions, and make more money for the sake of having more, but that’s boring – everyone does that. We’ve come to realize that work should be about increasing our standard of giving, not our standard of living. What keeps us going is our daily fear of dropping dead while doing something useless. We continually aim to be better agents, better neighbors, better partners, better parents, and better people with the singular goal of making folks like you better off than you were before you met us.
Discover our 9 point difference:
“Here at TeamTroy we have found that when we make our only goal, that of making others around us better off than they were before they met us, then everything else just falls in line. This simple mindset protects us from the status quo in real estate, and keeps us obsessed with results.”
Reach out to us today, and find out what you have been missing!
//WISE. Good judgement. Make important choices despite ambiguity. Always strategize.
//OPEN. No walls. Ensure everyone we meet has the same idea of who we are.
//IMPACT. Life is never about us. We strive to make a difference in at least one person’s life daily.
//CURIOUS. Hate the status quo. Learn something from everyone.
//CREATIVE. Challenge the traditional. Incessantly innovate around obstacles and design simplicity.
//BRAVE. Today is not just another day. Never be afraid to try what no one else will do.
//TENACIOUS. Never quit. As others drop back, we run faster.
//CANDID. Honest and blunt. Never alter perceptions but adjust the context.
//SELFLESS. Be salt. Make everything else taste better.

"I have built over 100 homes, and have extensive experience with real estate agents. In 2008 I met Troy Anderson and have worked with him since then. Troy sold 20 properties of mine in the toughest market! He is by far the most responsible, conscientious, professional and effective agent I have ever worked with. Troy tops my list for a real estate referral, and I call him first."
